At Wandervans, we focus on teaching, training and giving you all of the necessary tools you’ll need to grow and succeed in the Campervan rental business. No experience is necessary as our training program and remote support will teach you how to effectively maintain your fleet of Campervans, make any basic repairs needed, find and retain customers, and train cleaning staff to turn over the vans between rentals. We know what works, what doesn’t and how to handle emergency situations if any of your Campervans are having issues.

Customer Service Training
Customer service is a huge part of this business, which usually come in the way of phone and emails at all hours of the day. We have an in-house customer support specialist on staff that currently works to train and support new partners. Whether you intended on doing the customer service yourself, or hiring staff to conduct this work, it will be critical that you and your team are skilled in this area. We pride ourselves on customer service and the customer experience, which is evidenced by our high number of 5-star reviews on Google.

All our new partners have access to our customer service support staff to field questions and assist wherever needed. Van Cleaning and Logistics Training
We pride ourselves in keeping our fleet extremely clean for our customers. In this process we have created streamlined process to train staff to use cleaning checklist apps to ensure things are not missed. In addition, we have created processes and lists to ensure all customer requested add-ons make it into the van and everything is ready for the customer to pick up their van.

Once your fleet grows beyond 10 vans, this process can become quite hectic and challenging during the busy rental season. With our assistance, we will help get your staff up to speed in now time and ensure that your first rental season is a major success!
